Pairing is a scheduling and team-coordination platform operated by C-Arrow Marketing Solutions LLC ("we," "us"). This policy describes how we handle information for this website and the Pairing application.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create a Pairing account, we collect your name, email address, and workspace membership through our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Application data. Information your organization enters into Pairing — schedules, staffing records, and related operational data — is controlled by your organization and processed by us on its behalf.
• Calendar connections. If you connect a Google or Microsoft calendar, we store the authorization tokens needed to sync schedule availability. Calendar events we create contain only schedule blocks and generic labels — never client or health details.
• Website usage. This website collects standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

Health information

Pairing is used by healthcare provider organizations. Where the application processes protected health information (PHI), it does so on behalf of those organizations under written agreements (Business Associate Agreements) as required by HIPAA, with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. We do not sell PHI or use it for advertising, and outbound notifications (push, SMS, calendar events) are designed to exclude PHI.

How we use information

• To provide and secure the Pairing service
• To operate authentication, scheduling, messaging, and calendar sync features
• To communicate with you about your account and the service
• To meet our legal and contractual obligations

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate Pairing (such as cloud hosting and authentication providers) under appropriate agreements, with your organization as the controller of its own workspace data, and where required by law.

Google user data

Pairing's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar access is used solely to sync schedule availability you request; we do not transfer, sell, or use this data for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. Organizational data is retained per our agreements with your organization. You may disconnect calendar access at any time, which revokes our stored tokens. For deletion requests, contact us or your organization's administrator.

Your choices

You can update account details through your account settings, disconnect linked calendars at any time, and contact us with privacy questions at hello@pairingapp.com.

Changes

We will update this policy as the service evolves and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the service.
